At RhinoRescue, we stand behind the durability of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
